Please remove KB912475 on your system, and retry windows update site for a
Update for Windows XP (KB913670)

Manually remove the 912475 update
To manually uninstall the 912475 update, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl, and then click OK
2. Click to select the Show updates check box.
3. In the Currently installed programs and updates box, click the KB 912475
update, and then click Remove.
4. Follow the steps that appear on the screen to complete the removal.

Verify that the 912475 update is removed

To verify that the 912475 update is removed, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.
2. Click to select the Show updates check box.
3. Verify that the KB 912475 update does not appear in the list.
