Can you describe it a little bit better. How does it not allow you to
connect? Can you open the Connection to your Internet Provider ?
If Yes I would redo the Internet Connection Wizard to proof your
settings are right and not overwritten by any Update. (2002 ??? do you
work with IE5.5 then or are you already on IE 6???)
Turn of the Windows-intern Firewall on the Internet-Connection
(Properties of the Connection) to see if thats the problem.
