Further to the issue, SBS 2008 premium comes with a second server 2008 license
and a SQL License and 5 premium SBS licenses. Afte that, you purchase additional
premium licenses only for the users that actually use SQL. If they don't
use SQL applications, they only need standard licenses, regardless of what
else those users might use the second server for.
If you are going to surrender one of the SBS 2003s you can transfer the licenses
to the survivor, assuming they are both premium or standard. Not sure if
premium licenses could be "downgraded" to standard if that is all you need.
