You're having the same problem I'm having -- exactly the same. Which means,
it's likely NOT a problem we've created. Rather, it's a Microsoft problem.
Pardon my bitterness but forciing users to prarade through a bunch of
geek-talk isn't the way Microsfoft should be acting.
