1) In Device Manager right click on the USB Controller - Properties -
Advanced tab - check "Do not show me USB errors." I have no idea what it
thinks it's not recognizing.
2)there are few reasons that this error might show up...
- Host controller hardware;
- USB driver versions;
- Support for 'USB' (

- Additional system hardware or configurations that may change the
timing;
- Attached hubs;
- another more common is the that the device or cable might be
malfunctioning
- dust on the ports can also be a culprit
