I am using Windows 7 and the USB Mouse and Keyboard Freezes ver
regularly. HP support is useless, they suggested the only cure was to d
a system restore- not a big problem because the PC is only one week old
Seemed to work but after of couple of days and a lot of indows Update
the problem came back. If I unplug the Mouse and keyboard and plug the
back in I can get the system back up. I tried "method 1" but n
improvement. It doesn't seem to be associated to any program because
have rebooted and not opened any program (other than what opens a
startup). The USB's will shut down but with no regularity - sometime
after hours, sometimes after minutes.
Thanks
David
