Hi Gary,
I continued cross-posting to .mail as kathybp was using the web interface,
so it was impossible to discern whether she was coming in through the
vista.mail group where this thread originated or if she had migrated to the
vista.general group (which I doubt as she likely had no idea of my
crossposting from there). As the issue is resolved, this thread should end
now.
