I have the same problem - there must be thousands of Logitech people that are
in the same situation. And the only solution is to dump IE7? Unbelievable.

I've been having the same problem using a logitech mouse. I know it's the
mouse because the other person on my network also has IE7 and is not having
this problem. My Logitech mouse and keyboard are the only things unique about
my set up. I'll happily dump IE7 before I take a baseball bat to my computer.
This has been really frustrating.

Have you checked the Logitech Web site for new drivers for your keyboard and
mouse?

Try This go to Control Panel - Mouse Proerties - Buttons - Make Sure "Use MS
Office Compatible Scroll Only" & "Scroll in Active Window Only" are BOTH
Ticked - Apply - OK. I have a Logitec Mouse & Keyboard and this worked for
me.
