Hello inyoka,
What you are trying wan't work, for a restore you need at least a system
state backup of the DC you like to restore. Just using the files isn't supported
nor i have heard about a working solution to restore a DC that way. You can't
edit something in the registry to get it working.
Sorry, but if you don't have an AD aware backup or a second DC you have to
rebuilt the domain.
