I can only think of a few additional things to suggest at this time(if the deletion of the contacts folders and subsequent
recreation didn't resolve the issue)
1. Contact support
or
2. Try removing and reinstalling the WLC Platform(see this blog for removal instructions and the downloadable msi file for
reinstallation)
