Sure is, but Messenger itself can't do it. Messenger Plus Live however can and you can even
be specific as to what users can get automatically accepted. You can find Plus here:
http://www.msgplus.net (note to read through the installer as their an adware sponsor program
you get a choice of installing or not installing).
The exact option in Plus is under the Plus! menu in the main Messenger window (or press Alt-U
if the menu is hidden), then Preferences, Conversations tab across the top, then choose your
Auto Accept options at the bottom.
