Greetings Jamez,

If your sound card wasn't "good enough", it would actually tell you that before you could use
the feature. Since it's specific to audio, it could be an issue with sound card drivers. If
possible, try updating the drivers to the latest version from the sound card manufacturers
web site.

Hi,

Well, just look at the name of the device and Google to find the manufacturer. Then check
there.
