RE: video frame rate in WMP

Your current display resolution that is supported by your moniter and that is
set with windows will be 60Hz. So it can refresh only at a rate of 60 frames
per second. And in the media player settings you must have not selected the
option to drop frame to sync up audio and video option in
tools>options>performance. Try to do it may be it can help.
