I don't think you can exactly do what you are asking for. One way (which
is a little cumbersome) is to use an on screen keyboard in Spanish to
type the letters you want. That keyboard is in All Programs >
Accessories > Ease of Use. Plus there is another, pretty cumbersome way
too, to type the special letters with an English keyboard as described
here:
