One possibility is that one of the Help and Support folders or files has been
damaged and needs to be reinstalled. Maybe it can be fixed with the Restore
disc that came with your computer. You don't have to do a full reinstall for
this fix. Sometime the Restore disk contains certain folders to fix your OS
folders/files. Or contact your computer manufacturer for the fix.
