The best thing is not to use registry cleaners - it's usually these
that cause problems with uninstallers,as they remove links in the
registry (and frequently files ouside the registry such as .log and
..dat files) which are required for processing uninstall routines. Even
the Windows Cleanup tool can cause problems in this respect.
If a program will not uninstall, usually the only way to get it to do
so (if there is no specific uninstall tool available) is to reinstall
the program, and then iuninstall it.
