0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER
(A kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations.
Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this.
Need the complete error message so as we can pinpoint the actual culprit

BTW. Is your computer a Compaq/HP bv any chance ??

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: c2
BCP1: 00000007

after more than a year of using Vista.

The suspect I am leaning towards is your NokiaPC Suite and especially if there is a
driver for the Bluetooth, Might want to uninstall the suite and test to see if the
BSOD still happens. If it does not then I would look for an updated driver for the
Nokia Suite. Let us know what happens

Well. I can't uninstall Nokia PC Suite. Next time this
happens and to any program that can't be uninstall
in the Program Uninstall section, is there other
ways to do it? Also I don't know how to uninstall
the bluetooth driver as it is not in the Device Manager.
Anyway. What I did is format the drive and completely
install Vista from scratch. But I'd like to know how
to uninstall if uninstalling doesn't work like if there
is missing files or damaged files so next time it
happens.. don't have to spend a whole day reinstalling
vista. Thanks.

The best thing is not to use registry cleaners - it's usually these
that cause problems with uninstallers,as they remove links in the
registry (and frequently files ouside the registry such as .log and
..dat files) which are required for processing uninstall routines. Even
the Windows Cleanup tool can cause problems in this respect.

If a program will not uninstall, usually the only way to get it to do
so (if there is no specific uninstall tool available) is to reinstall
the program, and then iuninstall it.
