Re: vista screen malfunction upon resume

I get this issue too.

The only way I can solve it, is by disabling the display adaptor driver
and re-enabling it.

As you can imagine this involves:

squinting my eyes, opening up display settings > advanced settings > on
the adaptor tab click properties > go to the driver tab > disable >
enable.

now how can I get vista to do this on resume? Its driving us all mad!


-NOTE: I remember that win 98 had a reset display on resume option, but
I have come across nothing within vista, and an hour of googling brought
up nothing too.-
