found the solution...

It seems that an external camera who was connected through USB2.0 needs to
be disconnected before shutting down the computer. The camera works fine, but
when I shut down the computer without disconnecting that camera from USB, the
OS will boot with lots of dificulties.

strange i have mine connected to my man made docking station (all it is, is
all my devices that i don't want to carry is connected to one usb hub so
that i don't have to connect a lot of devices everytime i connect and
disconnect my laptop from my house) and i don't have a problem with that
it's always connected and i never have a problem, may be there something not
normal with your pc
