You did not post what you had looked for and did not find.
Try to temporary disable your firewall, if use it
( including Windows builtin one )
server e.g. europe.pool.ntp.org should work,
it is in fact redirection to randomly choosed working ntp server,
registered for pooling.
try also windows time service free client
from
www.greyware.com
