There is no "LAN A" and "LAN B",...it is just one network. That idea by
itself should answer the question.

Yes. But most people do not "bridge" the VPNs. It is too
inefficient,...the VPN which is already running over slow bandwith to begin
with, and then has the VPN encapsulation overhead on top of that,.. now has
to experience all the dozens of different types of wasteful broadcasts going
over the slow link too.
