Re: WDMC Problems

Hello,

1. Make sure you have done a soft-reset of your device without it connected
to your PC
2. Connect your device to your PC but DO NOT open WMDC. Let it go through
the motions of setting the sync up (watch the sync manager in the system
tray)
3. Open WMDC and you should see your device and settings.

WMDC tends to get a bit confused when you have it open and try to connect
your device at the same time. Don't know why but it is a behavior I have
seen on multiple PCs with multiple devices. The fix I found, outlined
above, works 99% of the time.
