RE: Why do i get error code:643 when I try to install .Net framework 1

I am having the same problem Error code 643 can someone please help me...ugh!!
I'm so not that computer literate...I truthfully was staying away from
Windows updates...just because when I had my old computer there always seemed
to be gliches...now on my laptop Dell Inspiron..I have this software that
won't open because there is a gliche with the MDAC...any hoo!! any/all help
would be so appreciate...thx
