Apparently you accidentally deleted your profile while logged on when you
tried copying your profile to another user account.

Try the following Microsoft KB in the link below. It's similar to what you
posted, but it's more direct.

Error message when you log on to a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7 ...The
User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. This
error may occur if the "Do not logon users with temporary profiles" Group
....

As Peter suggested, you can also post to the WIndows 7 answers forum.

As for performing these steps, it isn't that hard, but if you do not feel
comfortable, look for a local IT tech to hire to perform the steps.
