<title>KB900345 - Problems that are fixed in the Update Rollup 1 for
Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 that is dated June 28, 2005</title>

Since the documentation about that rollup doesn't refer to the later hotfix
and since KB867794 in the keywords refers to kbWin2000preSP5fix
(hinting that it won't be fixed by other than a hotfix until the next service pack)
I suspect it could have been regressed. If so, a new version of the hotfix
would have to be made in order to supersede the new version of the common module.

What version of wsnmp32.dll do you have now?
(file version, date created, size)
