Re: Window keeps popping up & down

Is it possibly the notification telling him that he's signed in from another
location? That would ba a small window in the lower right corner that pops
up, but generally it doesn't go away so fast you can't read it. If that's
the case, reset his password and it may help - it's possible his credentials
have been compromised.

Otherwise it would be very hard to tell you anything without knowing what's
popping up.

Try running ProcMon to see what's happening.

Also, if it is an IE window it may very likely be script controlled, in
which case you could try slowing it down by setting Active Scripting to
Prompt and then try to figure out what is doing the prompting.
