Hello Dhilip_kumar,

On the machine run gpupdate /force, this should be enough to apply the GPO
settings, by default the automatic GPO refresh is netween 90-120 minutes.
Gpupdate will force this step. AFter that you can chekc with rsop.msc if
the settings are applied correct.
