Its your video driver settings. You'll need to look for scaling options in
your video card settings. If you're running an ATI card you may have to set
the display to a non-native resolution - then you'll see an option in the
settings to scale the picture to your TV. Once you've scaled it properly to
fit your screen, you can change it back to your TV's native display
resolution and the scaling will stick. Play around with the diisplay drivers
settings for awhile. I'm sure you'll get it set right eventually.
