Personally i think your problem could be resolved by running a repair on
your system. This issue can occur from many different corruptions in the
boot process. use the OS cd that came with your cpu and run a repair on your
system. This should fix your issue. If it does not i hate to say it but a
complete wipe and reinstall may be called for. if you have nothing important
on your computer you can do it yourself or pay someone hundreds of dollars
to save the important info and do it for you. Up to you!!!!! you may also
want to look into replacing your CMOS Battery. look online to chack the size
they are fairly inexpensive at you local retail store (Wal - Mart). i hope
