Please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the domain controller, and from a
sample workstation.

Do the DCs' A record exist in the zone?

Does the LdapIpAddress record (the one that says, "same as parent"), exist
in the zone for each DC? A DC 's netlogon service, not the network card
services, will register an LdapIpAddress record for each DC.

How many domains exist in your forest?

This will help us evaluate and give us a start at diagnosis. It's usually
not recommended to make any registry changes with the netlogon service or
registration behavior where a simple configuration could be causing the
issue.

Apparently you multiposted this and not cross-posted this. I cross-posted it
for you to the AD newsgroup. Jsut check back here for responses from both
groups.
