Hello mert,
As said before you can not install fresh copy on the same server and migrate
the old database. I really suggest to use a powerful desktop or even laptop
to install 2008 and after everything is migrated to install the old server
fresh fwith 2008 and move everything back to it. So you have at the end the
server hardware with the new OS and the old database.
