Streater--

It's correct as far as multiple launch events in other cities go. I wasn't
at your launch.

Sink your eyeballs into this:

http://www.microsoft.com/business/la...p/default.mspx

"Receive your FREE copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2007 and Microsoft
Office Groove 2007* when you attend a Windows Vista, 2007 Microsoft Office
system, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 launch event near you!"

It says nothing about Vista, so all I can figure is MSFT gave people who
went to the Seattle launch Vista. Did you also get Office 2007 Pro and
Groove?

NoVista was given out at the launch event in our city. Maybe the Softies
gave you an extra because we did not get it and Streater if you go to the
launch site above, no Vista is promised.

Enjoy what 3500 of us didn't get at our Launch and I'm pretty sure no other
city got either. You can read this I'm sure:

http://www.microsoft.com/business/la...p/default.mspx

I couldn't have known they'd give Vista to you, but hey show up at Building
27 on the campus and bang on the door and ask for the TBT house mommy and
tell her you want all the swag she can drag out of the closet.

Now you can work on getting under the iceberg and learning some of its
features.

Enjoy.
