Doesn't look right on screen when mail account opened Major issue is the
Print and Refresh buttons are not showing. More like invisible as, when you
pass the mouse over expected positions, text appears telling you what's
there! On my own system (presentation OK) these are not so much buttons as

As an aside which might be helpful, the presentation of their Yahoo mail
account is purely black on white with lines through the middle of the
command buttons

Their running Windows 7 64bit Edition and I've checked Java version (6.22)
and Adobe Flash - preview version called "Square" as latest working
version (10.1.102.64) not compatible with 64bit OS
