Actually there is, but not in the usual places (i.e., "The Usenet"). Trouble
is, Microsoft wants more control over posting than they get using NNTP
servers.

Wave 3: Windows Live Mail Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8117.0416). Mostly for
the HTTPMail access to Windows Live Hotmail. I use:

Pegasus Mail (for email)
40tude Dialog (for news)

They are up to Wave 4 (Beta), now, but I usually don't do Betas.
