In an IE page go to Tools/ internet options/ advanced tab. Under the
Security heading make sure Use SSL 2.0 /3.0 are ticked.

I had some similar problems recently and eventually comparing my pc and
laptop settings realised that Use SSL 2.0 ( in my case) wasnt ticked on the
laptop.

Thanks for your help, My settings had SSL 3.0 ticked but not SSL 2.0 after
ticking them both it still wont work. Lately its been going into a never
ending sign in, with no error messages. Thanks again for you help.
