Hi AuRoN,

Did you uninstall Windows Live Messenger 8.0, before you downloaded and
installed Live Messenger 8.1 BETA?

I just did that and it started right up. No reboot, but you need to
close all your E-mail Programs, first, then you uninstall Windows Live
Messenger any version.

Thats not the first WLM 8.1 version... my previous version was 106.. and no
problem with it.... but only with this crash on startup.. and yes.. i had try
to remove previous version before install new... but no change...
