Did you install Windows Live Messenger ?
Please be more specific
a. when noting 'Windows Live'..e.g. Windows Live Hotmai, Windows Live Mail, Windows Live etc..
b. where 'Windows Live tells you' e.g. Internet Explorer, Hotmail web interface, Start Menu etc.
