RE: Windows Mail attachments won't open after installing IE8

I can not open any music or video, or Power Point attachments in my mail
since the upgrade to IE8
I have Kaspersky antivirus would that be a problem?

That depends on what error message you get when you try to open the attachment.
If the error says something like, the file can't be found, that is caused by IE8,
and the only fix is to uninstall IE8.

Did you disable Kaspersky AV before you installed IE8?
