When the ShellIconHiddenWindow appears, try and bring up Task Manager
(Ctrl+Alt+Del).
Under the Applications you should see the title of the window. Right-click
on the entry and select Go to Process. The Processes tab should open and
the application associated with that window should be highlighted.
