I think the following is the correct WSUS group:
microsoft.public.windows.server.update_services

Anyway, there have been several Windows XP SP3 revisions since the initial
release. Newer revisions do not get automatically approved regardless of
your WSUS automatic approval default settings (ie: Automatically approve new
revisions of new updates that are already approved). Automatic approval does
not work on this update because you're required to accept EULA when you
approve newer revision. That's just my wild guess.

Right click Windows XP Service Pack 3 (KB936929) and click revision history.
You should be presented with 3 revisions, namely 108, 109 and 110. Approve
the latest revision and disapprove older revisions.

Thank you John.

I don't have it set for automatic approval for the reason as you mentioned
it has a EULA attached to it.

As fas as revisions of the same update, news to me, don't doubt it, news to
me. I have even did some research to see if there is a newer version and
turned up nothing, then again I don't claim to be the best "search artist".

If anything one would think it would be labled with a different KB# of sorts.
