I have had problems with windows update on a couple of the machines that I
administer. All the machines are set up the same, but for some reason,
something seems to cause corruption in the update history on the machines
with the problem.

The solution posted here
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.co...cleid=21&ln=en
worked for me. If it works for you, I suggest you add it to your favorites
because my experience has shown that this problem will recur! It will delete
your update history (not critical), but it gets the updates to download.

Anyway, it is worth a try!

Many thanks, JR.
