What is the make, model, and firmware revision or software version of your
router? Please describe the configuration, for instance:
1. Was NAT enabled?
2. What ports were blocked?
3. Was it using stateful packet inspection or content filtering, especially
of ActiveX?
4. Was it using the default settings, or did you make changes to the
settings?
Knowing this information can help us to document/fix the issue.
If you are comfortable doing so, please reply directly to me (remove
"online" from my address) with your configuration/settings log file, if
there is such a thing. That would answer the questions above and then some.
