Chris,
Please open a Command Prompt from Start > Run > type in
cmd
Click OK or press Enter
Copy the below
Right click where the prompt is flashing and choose Paste
esentutl /g %windir%\softwaredistribution\datastore\datastore. edb
Press Enter
You *should* get a message on the integrity of the DataStore.edb
Now type exit and then press Enter.
Please post back with the integrity status of DataStore.edb.
