Your problem description isn't very precise.
One possibility is that you have the wrong display properties set.
E.g. DPI set too high.
A workaround for the above case is to imagine that you can see
the button you need and press Tab, then Enter.
If you think that the button should be shown within the screen area
that you see, try entering the command in the Address bar which
would be the equivalent of pressing the bottom button (Custom Install):

BTW the source is within a frame so if you want to inspect what
it should be showing you you can't use the View menu but instead
have to select the frame menu either by pressing F6,... then Menu
or by right-clicking within it and using its View Source command.
