The problem is with KB958623. Check your update history, right click this update and choose the view details. Then pick Have MS Help find me a solution to this problem. Then follow the instructions. The only problem is that the instructions won't help you install this update. They will get you updated on everything before this one, so everything 623 and earlier will be good to go.
I've searched a lot of forums and see a Matt B post issues with this update, then that stupid tech support posting on at least ten different websites. So there is no help out there...yet for this little guy.
