Try these 2 Resolutions,
1 = Set "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" to Automatic and Start it.
1. Click START
2. Choose RUN
3. In the run box type Services.MSC
4. Click RUN
5. Click OK
6. Find the Background Intelligent Transfer Service and right click it
7. Select Properties
8. In the Startup Type list, select Automatic
9. Click on START in the same window
10. Click OK
Now verify that it started.
NEXT, still in the Services.MSC program,
1. Find the "EVENT LOG" service and do the same to it.
Note: If you find that they won't stay on or start automatically switch them
both to Manual and restart them.
Click ok, then exit and try uploading the updates again.
This worked for me.
