You can install (upgrade to) WLMessenger v14.0.8064.206 here:
http://download.live.com/messenger

NB: The installer on that page will also install the latest versions of
Windows Live Mail, Writer, Photo Gallery, Movie Maker beta, Family Safety,
and Toolbar unless you UNCHECK the options to install them!

You'll find a link to download the standalone installer for WLMessenger
v14.0.8064.206 (Messenger.msi) here:
