Hello,
You may run into this problem if you are trying to access the Windows Update
site with the AOL browser. Try connecting to Windows Update with Internet
Explorer instead.
1. Log on to AOL.
2. Minimize the AOL browser.
3. Launch Internet Explorer.
4. Go to Windows Update.
