This is what worked for me; Elena's suggestion was good but didn't help me
because this update was not already installed when I checked in Add/Remove
programs/updates
This did finally work: I googled KB920213 security update and chose the
first link that came up. It has links to downloading this update and I chose
the one that said Windows XP KB020213...it downloaded and installed with no
problem that way.
