If its a 3rd party email Live ID then anyting attempting to
open Hotmail using that Live ID should claim that no Inbox is setup.
Try it while signed on with a Hotmail type account
(hotmail.com, live.com, msn.com, live.ne, live.uk.com etc)
that has a Hotmail Inbox(unlike 3rd party Live ID's which do not).
If the problem is not calling WLM to open when using IE's Send link,
send page etc options....that is usually an indication that WLM
is not configured to be the default email client for all its
available settings and file types.
