Check the settings here

MS Office: File, Send To, Mail Recipient, or Mail Recipient (as
Attachment)
missing when in Outlook Express is default mail program
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=290797
You cannot send a document as an e-mail message from an Office 2003
program
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=834008

You wont get the basic Send To Mail Recipient (where the document is put
in the message body) with WLM. For some reason that doesn't work. But
you should be able to get the as attachment and for review options.

You are welcome and thanks for posting back.

Those registry settings are supposed to automatically be set when Office
is installed. Why they are sometimes missing I don't know.
